Job Description

As a Customer Relations Executive at Oncure, your primary role will be to assist patients throughout their visit to our health centre. Your responsibilities will include guiding patients through billing, directing them to doctors, assisting in consultations, and providing comprehensive care during full-body check-ups. It is highly desirable for you to have proficiency in phlebotomy, vaccinations, and injections. Key Qualifications: - Education: ANM/GNM/MLT/DMLT/ Hospital Administration/Hotel Management/ Any Bachelor's degree - Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within a healthcare setting is preferred. - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals. - Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to provide empathetic and patient-centered care, with an emphasis on hospitality. - Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain attention to detail. - Smartness and Professionalism: Present a smart and professional demeanor, focusing on patient satisfaction and care quality. - Hospitality Mindset: A strong commitment to creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for all patients.
