Job Description

As a Customer Relation Officer (CRO) in the real estate industry in Kochi, your role is pivotal in maintaining positive relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their journey. Your proactive approach will support the sales and project teams in delivering a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and providing post-sale support. - Handle customer queries, concerns, and feedback professionally and efficiently. - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely response and resolution of client issues. - Assist clients with documentation, site visits, and product/service information. - Manage CRM software to maintain accurate customer records. Qualification Required: - Graduate Additional Details: The company is looking for a candidate with strong communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-centric attitude, and a problem-solving mindset. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, along with fluency in English and Malayalam, is preferred.
