About the Role:

Power & Money Associates is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Relations Officer to manage customer interactions, coordinate with banks, and ensure smooth execution of day-to-day processes. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good coordination abilities, and a professional attitude.

Eligibility:

Education: Any graduate

Experience: Minimum 1 yearexperience in Customer Service / Customer Relations / Coordination roles

Gender Preference: Female candidates only

Salary:

₹12,500 per month

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and handle customer queries, concerns, and follow-ups

Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction

Coordinate with banks for documentation, approvals, and other related processes

Guide customers with service-related information and updates

Maintain customer records and track service progress

Resolve customer issues and escalate complex concerns when required

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth completion of tasks

Ensure timely documentation and communication between customers, banks, and the company

Skills Required:

Strong communication skills (Kannada & English preferred)

Customer handling & coordination skills

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, documentation)

Good multitasking and problem-solving abilities

Professional, polite, and positive attitude

Working Conditions:

Based in Mysore office
