Job Summary

The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) acts as the primary liaison between the dealership/service center and the customers. The CRE is responsible for managing customer interactions, ensuring a high level of satisfaction, handling queries and complaints, and promoting the company’s services. The role focuses on delivering an excellent post-sales and service experience to retain customers and improve brand loyalty.

Requirements

Education: Graduate (Any discipline). A degree or diploma in Automobile / Marketing / Customer Service preferred.Experience: 1–3 years in a customer-facing role (preferably in the automobile industry, service centers, or dealerships).Computer Skills: MS Office, CRM/DMS tools.Language Skills: Proficiency in English and local language(s).
