About the Role:
We are a reputed travel and visa consulting agency providing visa assistance, tour packages, and travel documentation services. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to join our team in Trivandrum.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client inquiries through phone, email, and in-person communication.
• Guide clients on visa documentation, application procedures, and travel services.
• Assist in preparing and organizing visa applications and supporting documents.
• Maintain accurate client records and reports using MS Excel and Word.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external travel or visa service partners.
• Provide professional and friendly service to ensure excellent client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only.
• Experience: Preferred candidates with experience in visa services, travel agency, or tourism-related roles.
• Freshers with good communication skills and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
• Language: Strong English proficiency (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and email handling.
• Personal Qualities: Pleasant personality, attention to detail, and strong client-handling skills.

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹27,161.65 per month
