Job Description

SmartR Spaces is looking for a Customer Relation & Inside Sales Coordinator for our Kota office who will be the first point of contact for leads and walk-in clients. This role combines front-office, telesales, and basic sales coordination responsibilities. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle all incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and website leads; record details and qualify basic requirements (budget, location, timeline). Do regular follow-up calls with leads as per the follow-up schedule and maintain high contact discipline. Manage walk-in clients at the experience centre: greet them, understand their needs, give a basic demo, and collect complete contact details. Schedule meetings/site visits for the senior team and ensure clients receive reminders and confirmations. Prepare basic quotations using predefined templates and price lists shared by the senior team. Coordinate internally with design, technical, and installation teams for post-sales updates and share basic status with clients. Maintain and update lead/Client data in Excel/Google Sheets or a simple CRM on a daily basis. Share end-of-day reports on calls made, follow-ups done, meetings fixed, and walk-ins handled. Required Skills & Qualifications0–2 years of experience in telesales, customer care, front office, or inside sales preferred; fresher with strong communication skills can also apply. Strong hindi and average english speaking skills; confident on phone and in-person. Good communication, listening, and objection-handling ability; comfortable doing repeated follow-up calls. Basic computer knowledge – WhatsApp Web, email, Excel/Google Sheets. Presentable, polite, and professional behaviour with a customer-first attitude. Willingness to learn about smart home and automation solutions (training will be provided). Work Schedule & ExpectationsFull-time, office-based role in Kota (experience centre/front office). 6-day working week with fixed timings aligned to customer walk-in and call hours. Strict discipline on attendance, responsiveness to calls, and timely follow-ups is mandatory. CompensationFixed salary: ₹10,000 – ₹14,000 per month depending on experience and performance in training/probation. Incentives based on: Number of qualified meetings/site visits successfully scheduled and attended. Number of projects closed from leads handled by you (as per company policy).
