1.Role & responsibilities Plan, schedule, organize, control and evaluate construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budgetHandle project administration, including cost control, schedule control and change order administrationPrepare and submit construction project budget estimatesPlan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, and monitor progress against established schedulesQuantity take off and cost estimatingPrepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractorsDevelop and implement quality control programsPrepare progress reports and issue progress schedules to clientsConsistent follow up with vendors on all project related action itemsSupervise the activities of subcontractors and subordinate staff Coordinators need to manage change effectively by assessing the impact, communicating changes to stakeholders, and adjusting project plans accordingly. Oversee quality control procedures to ensure adherence to project specifications and industry standards.Coordinate project closeout activities, including final inspections, documentation, and handover of completed projects to clients. Preferred candidate profile 1.Bachelors Degree in technical field of study Engineering or Construction Management preferred 2. Minimum of 2 - 3 years comprehensive civil interior construction management experience 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Project) 4. Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat 5. Experience in computerized scheduling systems; Sure Trak, Microsoft Project, etc. 6. Working knowledge of AutoCAD or AutoCAD Lite 7. Extreme attention to detail 8. Excellent organizational skills 9. Ability to multitask and work independently 10. Excellent communication skills written and oral 11. Possess valid drivers license and dependable transportation
