Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Manager based in Kochi. The Customer Relations Manager will be responsible for overseeing customer service operations, managing client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. Their daily tasks will include responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, coordinating with the design and delivery teams, and maintaining comprehensive records of client interactions. Additionally, they will be expected to develop strategies for improving customer service protocols and contribute to the company’s overall client retention efforts. Qualifications Experience in customer service, client relationship management, and problem-solving Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal Ability to coordinate effectively with design and delivery teams Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain detailed records Ability to work on-site in Kochi Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Experience in the interior design industry is a plus Show more Show less
