Role Overview: You will be working as a Customer Relations Manager for Faboolux Interiors based in Kochi. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing customer service operations, managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the company's client retention efforts. You will be interacting with clients, resolving issues, coordinating with design and delivery teams, and maintaining detailed records of client interactions. Additionally, you will be expected to develop strategies for improving customer service protocols.
