Job Title: Customer Relations Executive

Location: Kolkata
Experience: 1–3 Years’Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per monthQualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce or a related field.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relations Executive to manage client communications regarding pending orders, payments, and other customer concerns. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between the company and clients, ensuring smooth transactions, resolving issues, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

· Contact clients for follow-ups on pending orders, overdue payments, and account-related queries.

· Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Accounts, and Logistics) to resolve customer issues and provide accurate updates.

· Maintain and update records of customer interactions, transactions, and discussions.

· Send reminders and notifications regarding due payments and order status.

· Address customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.

· Assist in processing orders, invoices, and payment confirmations.

· Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and professional responses.

· Build strong relationships with clients to enhance customer retention and loyalty.

· Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and recommend solutions.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales coordination, or accounts receivable roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
  • Knowledge of invoicing, payment follow-ups, and sales support operations is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
