Role Overview: As a Customer Relationship Executive, your main responsibility will be to provide helpful and professional support to customers through various communication channels such as calls, emails, and inquiries. You will address and resolve customer complaints, concerns, and issues promptly to ensure satisfactory resolutions. Additionally, you will schedule appointments for customers and gather feedback to enhance products, services, and the overall customer experience. Collaborating with internal teams will also be essential to ensure smooth service delivery and effective customer support. Key Responsibilities: - Answer calls, emails, and other inquiries from customers, providing helpful and professional support. - Address customer complaints, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively, striving for satisfactory resolutions. - Manage and schedule appointments for customers, ensuring smooth service delivery. - Gather customer feedback to improve products, services, and the overall customer experience. - Work with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and address customer needs effectively. Qualifications Required: - Open to both Male and Female candidates. - Age limit: Below 35 years. - Experienced candidates are preferred. - Language proficiency required in English and Malayalam, with Hindi being manageable. - Work Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Additional Details: This position is a full-time, permanent role with day shift timings. The work location is in person, ensuring direct interaction with customers for a more personalized service experience.
