Job Description

As a Customer Relations Executive at Aman Kia, located in Wakad, Hinjewadi, you will play a crucial role in handling customer complaints and enhancing the overall customer experience. Your responsibilities will include: - Implementing processes for consistent team handling of customer complaints - Analyzing and reporting performance data on customer escalation trends and business improvement plans - Proactively identifying issues and implementing plans to resolve them - Partnering with cross-functional leaders to isolate and resolve systemic issues based on customer and employee feedback - Providing customer experience leadership in operations analysis, performance management, and people leadership - Planning, developing, and administering customer service improvement programs in alignment with company objectives - Conducting regular meetings with ECR Supervisors and Professionals to maintain two-way communication and achieve departmental objectives - Assisting and participating in sales events such as roadshows, education fairs, and other promotional activities to support the promotion and marketing of INTI programs Qualifications for this role include having a preferred experience of 1 year.
