Customer Relation Executive

As a Customer Relations Executive at Aman Kia, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing the overall customer experience. Your primary responsibility will be to implement processes for consistent handling of customer complaints and analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for business improvement. You will proactively identify issues and work towards resolving them, collaborating with cross-functional leaders to address systemic issues based on feedback from customers and employees. Your role will also involve providing leadership in customer experience across various operational aspects, including analysis, performance management, and people leadership. In alignment with company objectives, you will plan, develop, and administer customer service improvement programs. This will include implementing company policies, procedures, standards, and goals to ensure high-quality service delivery. Regular meetings with ECR Supervisors and Professionals will be conducted to facilitate two-way communication and achieve departmental objectives effectively. Additionally, as part of the job responsibilities, you will assist and participate in sales events such as roadshows, education fairs, and other promotional activities to support the promotion and marketing of INTI programs.
