Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct
outbound calls
to potential customers and explain products/services effectively.
Identify prospects, generate interest, and convert inquiries into qualified leads.
Maintain a consistent follow-up process to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead handover and pipeline conversion.
Update and maintain CRM records accurately for all interactions and opportunities.
Achieve daily/weekly call targets, lead conversions, and sales goals.
Gather customer feedback, market insights, and competitor information to support business strategy.

Key Skills & Attributes:

Excellent communication and persuasion skills (English, Hindi, or regional languages).
Strong telephone etiquette and relationship-building ability.
Goal-driven with a positive attitude and resilience to handle rejections.
Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience:

13 years in
inside sales / outbound calling / telemarketing / customer outreach
.
Experience in real estate, edtech, retail, or service industry preferred.
