Customer Onboarding Specialist

The Customer Onboarding Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience from pre-arrival to post-checkout. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication with guests, maintaining property standards, and managing online reputation by soliciting guest feedback. Your responsibilities will include connecting with guests post-booking to provide pre-arrival information, answering queries, and confirming special requirements. You will coordinate with property teams to ensure each villa is in top condition before guest check-in, adhering to EWAs quality standards. Conducting periodic inspections to verify the upkeep of villas, identifying and reporting any maintenance needs to ensure an exceptional guest experience is also a part of your role. You will be encouraging guests to leave reviews post-stay, especially on Google and other major platforms, and addressing feedback promptly to foster positive online sentiment. Maintaining a record of guest feedback and property upkeep reports to share insights with management, as well as monitoring and assisting in improving each property's online ratings and reviews to boost occupancy and guest satisfaction are essential tasks. To qualify for this role, you should have a background in hospitality, especially with luxury properties, villas, or guest service operations. Strong communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor, are required. Proficiency with CRM systems or property management software is an advantage. Attention to detail and the ability to anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations are qualities that will help you succeed in this position. This is a full-time job with a day shift schedule and weekend availability required. The job location is in person.
