Job Location: Bangalore North Job Type: Consultant/Contractual/Freelance About the Role --------------------- Required to train a batch of 20-25 employees of a Facilities Management company in Bengaluru. The program is a set of workshops for customer-facing staff a plan for capacity-building whereby all such employees can develop a consistent skillset, focused on customer service. The profile of employees will be young adults (predominantly) who are graduates or undergraduate; they are all full-time employees in customer-facing roles at various real estate facilities managed by the company commercial, residential, co-living, hospitality, or industrial facilities. The method of instruction will be in-person, and the teaching venue will be at the companys training facility in Nagawara (Bengaluru North). The program comprises 5 workshops each will be of 1-day duration and English Communication will be 2 days. Some include Multiple-Choice Question (MCQ) testing. In addition, here will be 3 Group Discussions (GDs) following the workshops (with scoring). The program days will be as follows: Workshop 1-2 on June 14-15 (Sat-Sun), Workshop 3-4 on June 28-29 (Sat-Sun) and Workshop 5 on July 12-13 (Sat-Sun). The dates for the 3 GDs will be approximately at 3-week intervals, after Workshop 5. • All the instruction material and teaching aids have been developed by FDP – the authors of the course material will guide the instructor on finer points of conducting the workshop About FDP and Candidate Engagement Terms : ------------------------------------------------------------- The instructor will be engaged by FDP Skilling Solutions LLP. FDP has developed skills development programs, focussed on capacity building for various job roles and trades – under the banner SAMAH SKILLING PROGRAMME. We are looking for one instructor aged around 38-52 years, with maturity to manage a class of 20-25 company employees – young adults from different social and economic backgrounds. The candidate should have a strong command over English and Kannada – the medium of instruction will be English, while knowledge of Kannada will help to connect with the employees. The candidate should have at least a Graduate level qualification, in any discipline. Candidates with work experience in hospitality, retail services, customer care, travel and tourism, advertising and marketing education and training will be preferred.
