Training Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a

    team of 10-15 trainers

    and manage their day-to-day performance, productivity, and deliverables.
  • Conduct

    training need analysis (TNA)

    in coordination with business and department heads.
  • Design and implement

    training programs

    for new joiners and existing employees focusing on product knowledge, process excellence, communication, and customer experience.
  • Prepare and monitor

    monthly/quarterly training calendars

    , ensuring coverage across departments.
  • Track key metrics such as

    attrition, shrinkage, AHT, NPS, and quality scores

    to measure training impact.
  • Conduct

    refresher and skill enhancement sessions

    to improve team performance and efficiency.
  • Manage

    onboarding and induction

    for new hires ensuring smooth transition to operations.
  • Ensure

    process adherence and quality compliance

    through regular audits and feedback sessions.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to align training with

    organizational goals and revenue outcomes.

  • Motivate, coach, and mentor trainers to improve delivery quality and consistency.
  • Maintain dashboards, reports, and ROI analysis on training effectiveness.

Desired Skills & Competencies

  • Proven

    team-handling and leadership experience

    (managing 1015 trainers or 100+ learners).
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and people management skills.
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to performance tracking.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure, target-driven environments.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Business, or related discipline.
  • 58 years of overall experience, with

    minimum 23 years in team management

    within L&D or training operations.
  • Experience in

    Sales, Service, or Contact Center Training

    preferred.
