Customer Experience Manager

Work Outline: Managing Key accounts of various stakeholders involved in each last-mile transaction (Interiors, contractors, & Customers) - at any point in time, managing 100s of WhatsApp groups throughout the lifecycle of the customer Coordinating with ops, marketing, and the technical team for timely product delivery, service, and collections Ensuring end-customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service & convenience. Regular site visits to understand the pulse of each site transaction & preempting any problems. Ensuring Mistris & labourers are happy & satisfied. Ensuring the execution of randomized customer delight programs by understanding the reference possibility and volume. Collecting videos after site completion, on feedback, promptly & in the format as directed by the company. Must-haves: A bachelor's / Diploma degree + Have at least 1-2 Years of working experience. (MBA a plus) Background in hospitality would be considered. Proficiency in Google Suite - including Sheets and Docs. + Excellent hold in English and Hindi. (Speaking + Writing) An experience in the MIS Department for a Building material company.
