About The Gig
We are looking for a Customer Experience Ops Executive – Retail who will work closely with the CX Lead to execute, monitor, and improve brand standards across all Simple stores. This is a ground-level execution role—perfect for someone who thrives in the field, loves solving operational issues, and has a sharp eye for in-store detail and brand compliance.
What You’ll Do
- Store Audits: Conduct regular audits across stores to check branding, hygiene, staff presentation, safety gear, display quality, and customer experience readiness.
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure adherence to brand SOPs—uniforms, brochures, demo protocols, test ride safety (helmets, nets), etc.
- Store Launch Support: Assist in setting up new stores, ensuring branding and materials are in place and consistent with guidelines.
- Collaterals & Stock Checks: Monitor and replenish in-store collaterals (brochures, branding elements, safety kits) and escalate stock-outs.
- Field Reporting: Maintain daily/weekly reports on store health, including photos, issue logs, and follow-up status.
- Customer Interaction Audits: Observe and document the tone, behavior, and responsiveness of the store staff in real-world customer situations.
- On-Ground Coordination: Liaise with vendors and internal teams during activations, branding updates, or escalations
- CX Projects: Assist with special experience projects like retail playbook updates, mystery shopping, and seasonal store campaigns.
What You Bring
- 4–6 years of experience in retail operations, visual merchandising, customer experience, or brand audits.
- High ownership and ability to operate independently in the field.
- Strong attention to detail—able to spot what’s broken in a customer journey.
- Familiarity with CX tools, audit trackers, field checklists, and basic reporting.
- Willingness to travel 10–15 days a month to retail locations across India.
- A can-do, get-it-done attitude with passion for on-ground brand execution.
