Customer Experience Delivery Professional

• 8 12 years in facade project execution.

Qualification:

• bachelors Degree

  in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
• (Preferred: specialization or experience in fa ade execution / building envelope systems)

• Strong coordination and communication skills with multidisciplinary teams (design, planning, procurement, QA/QC, and site).
• In-depth understanding of fa ade systems, materials, manufacturing processes, and quality standards.
• Proficiency in

  MS Office, AutoCAD

  , and

  project monitoring tools

  (MS Project / Primavera or equivalent).
• Ability to interpret and review

  technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications

  .
• Strong problem-solving ability with focus on timely decision-making and issue resolution.
• Good leadership and

  team management skills

  with a proactive approach to project challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Initiation

• Conduct

  kick-off meetings

  with internal and external stakeholders to align project objectives and deliverables.
• Support

  baseline schedule finalization

  in coordination with the planning team and ensure alignment with project timelines.
• Set and communicate

  project-specific SOPs

  to all execution teams.

• Manage and track

  shop drawing submissions and approvals

  with design and contractor teams.
• Ensure design deliverables are consistent with contractual scope, approved samples, and project specifications.
• Coordinate for timely release of construction drawings to site execution teams.

• Drive

  material approval coordination

  with consultants, QA/QC, and procurement teams.
• Ensure timely

  material follow-up

  with vendors and monitor delivery against project schedule.
• Conduct

  periodical factory visits

  for quality checks on raw materials, coating, and fabrication as per approved ITP.
• Review and approve

  quality documents (MIR, ITR, TOR)

  ensuring compliance with project standards.

• Lead

  daily monitoring and tracking

  of fa ade execution activities in line with approved baseline schedule and SOPs.
• Ensure adherence to

  safety, quality, and productivity benchmarks

  across all site operations.
• Conduct

  weekly project review meetings

  to assess progress, address bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams for technical and execution-related coordination.

• Coordinate with planning and commercial teams for

  progress billing and quantity validation

  .
• Ensure completeness of

  documentation

  , including QA/QC reports, as-built drawings, and handover dossiers.
• Facilitate smooth

  project closure

  ensuring all contractual deliverables and quality requirements are met
