Job Description

Prepare and issue relevant documents in file to PE, SE & Storekeeper.

Preparation of Detailed Site Study Report

Preparation of Tender Drawing Report

Providing Inputs to and Coordinating with Project Lead for preparation and submission of Project Schedule in MSP format to PMC/Customer

Coordinating with Design Department for approval of drawings (changes made after approval of schematic/1 st stage drawing)

Distribution of approved submittals to Consultant/PMC/Customer by coordinating with Project Lead

Submission of preliminary statutory documents like escalation matrix, labor license and other documents required by PMC.

Sole Responsibility for enforcing proper Safety Norms for all employees & contractors labor at site

PM to visit site on daily basis and ensure work progress is maintained as per the schedule submitted

Responsible for maintaining the quality standards through proper check lists for each activity.

Prepare and submit amendment requests for vendor/Contractor PO/WO thru Project Lead as per final quantities required/measured

Ensure quality of material received and contractors works

Solely Responsible for follow up of all material with vendors upon receipt of PO from PCD. Lack of response to be escalated to BM & PL.

Reviewing projects progress / materials ordering / quality issues at site once in a week for 90 days project or once in 3 days for 45 days project.

Responsible for certification of Contractors and vendors Bills

Responsible for providing Projected Billing & Cash Flow Statements to Client

Responsible for measurement certification, Billing and Collection from Client

Responsible for Invoice Certification for Vendors/Contractors.

To make sure that the retention amount details with contact person details are reached to Accounts
