The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, product development, and business planning. This position is based in North Delhi, West Zone: Mumbai/Pune, South Zone: Bengaluru/Chennai, and East Zone: Kolkata.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to stay ahead of the competition.
Design and execute promotional activities, sales schemes, and trade offers.
Build and manage a sales team, distribution network, and dealer relationships.
Travel 15-20 days/month.
Formulate and implement marketing collaterals, labels & packaging, digital marketing, and prospect vendors.
