Amma’s Pastries is a reputed bakery brand known for its premium cakes, pastries, and baked delicacies across South India and the Middle East. With a strong customer base and a growing footprint, we are looking for passionate individuals to lead our outlets with efficiency and care.

We are seeking a dynamic and responsible Outlet Manager to oversee the operations of our Perumbavoor outlet. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, prior experience in managing a food retail/bakery outlet, and a customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the outlet including sales, staff supervision, and customer service.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production/warehouse for stock replenishment.
• Ensure hygiene and food safety compliance as per company standards.
• Lead and motivate the team to achieve customer satisfaction and outlet performance.
• Handle cash and billing system efficiently; ensure daily sales reports are submitted accurately.
• Address customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with the Area Manager and Head Office for reports, updates, and requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in managing a QSR, bakery, or retail food outlet.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (billing systems, Excel, etc.).
• Ability to manage and motivate a small team.
• Candidates residing in or around Perumbavoor preferred.

Education:

• Minimum: +2 / Diploma
• Preferred: Degree in Hotel Management or related fields
