Position: Customer Experience Agent (Voice Process) Work Mode: Work from Office (5 days) Shifts: US Shifts Education Requirement: Minimum 10+2 Work Locations: Eco Space (Pritech Park), Bellandur – Banking, Retail, E-commerce 10th Floor, Building No.12, RMZ Eco Space, Bellandur – Bangalore 560067 Bhartiya City (BCIT), Thanisandra – Healthcare Block 1, 4th Floor, No.6/1 and 6/2, Off Thanisandra Main Road, RK Hegde Nagar – Bangalore 560064 Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound customer calls and respond to queries about products and services Resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction through clear communication Manage customer accounts, orders, billing, and returns Document all interactions and escalate unresolved issues to relevant teams Maintain a professional and empathetic tone in all customer communications Required Skills:Good verbal communication in English Strong reading comprehension and listening skills Ability to think critically and solve problems Empathy, patience, and a service-oriented mindset Adaptability and teamwork Basic desktop/system handling ability Additional benefits:  ₹200/night shift allowance + ₹10,000 Joining Bonus (after 90 days)   One-way cab facility available between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM
