Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Executive, located in Pune. The Customer Executive will be responsible for handling customer queries and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role involves daily interaction with customers, providing support, and maintaining a high standard of communication. Additionally, the Customer Executive will be required to analyze customer feedback and data to improve service quality.

• Strong Communication and Customer Support skills
• Good Analytical Skills to analyze customer data and feedback
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Experience in the fashion or retail industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field is preferred
