Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will manage daily customer interactions, provide support, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain high standards of customer experience. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

• Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Customer Experience skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a team and individually
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
