Company Description

We are restarting our loungewear clothing brand Masaya and are looking for a creative Fashion Designer who is also a detail-oriented Technical Designer in Pune. 

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fashion Designer located in Indore/ Pune. The Fashion Designer will be responsible for creating new designs, overseeing the production of clothing, and ensuring that items meet quality standards.

Deliverables:

• Develop design concepts, mood boards, and color palettes

• Create fashion sketches (hand-drawn and digital) 

• Suggest fabrics, trims, and silhouettes that fit our vision

• Turn approved designs into detailed tech packs for manufacturers

• Provide garment construction details (stitching, trims, hardware, labels)

• Assist with pattern development and sizing (grading knowledge preferred)

• Ensure files are production-ready

• Ability to communicate with manufacturers and understand production needs

• Tech packs for each item (with measurements, materials, and construction details)

• Digital files in industry-standard formats (AI, PDF, or CAD)

Qualifications

• Skills in Fashion Design and Textiles
• Proficiency in Fitting
• Creative skills and an eye for fashion trends
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience in fashion design or a related field is a plus
• Degree in Fashion Design, Textiles, or a related field
