The Fashion Designer will be responsible for creating new designs, overseeing the production of clothing, and ensuring that items meet quality standards. Deliverables: • Develop design concepts, mood boards, and color palettes • Create fashion sketches (hand-drawn and digital) • Suggest fabrics, trims, and silhouettes that fit our vision • Turn approved designs into detailed tech packs for manufacturers • Provide garment construction details (stitching, trims, hardware, labels) • Assist with pattern development and sizing (grading knowledge preferred) • Ensure files are production-ready • Ability to communicate with manufacturers and understand production needs • Tech packs for each item (with measurements, materials, and construction details) • Digital files in industry-standard formats (AI, PDF, or CAD) Qualifications Skills in Fashion Design and Textiles Proficiency in Fitting Creative skills and an eye for fashion trends Strong attention to detail Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Experience in fashion design or a related field is a plus Degree in Fashion Design, Textiles, or a related field
