As a Customer Support Executive in the Voice Process role at our company, your responsibilities will include: - Handling inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner. - Resolving customer queries regarding products and services. - Maintaining accurate records of interactions and transactions. To be eligible for this position, you must meet the following criteria: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a voice process/BPO/customer support role. - Excellent verbal communication skills in English with fluency being mandatory. - Comfortable working in a rotational shift and week-off environment.
