Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role located in Bengaluru South. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, informing them about services, and answering customer inquiries. Daily tasks will include handling outgoing and incoming calls, maintaining client databases, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer support. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with the team to fulfill customer needs and ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications Strong communication skills, interpersonal abilities, and active listening capabilities Experience in telecalling, customer service, and proficiency in telephone etiquette Familiarity with customer relationship management tools and basic computer skills Ability to handle client interactions professionally and build lasting relationships Organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail Proficiency in English and local languages relevant to Bengaluru South is an advantage Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer-facing roles is preferred
