Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Executive. The position is based in Noida, where the Customer Executive will work closely with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and service. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, providing support, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. The role also involves understanding customer needs, maintaining relationships, and fostering loyalty.
