Job Description

As a Customer Service Executive in the Client Engagement department, your role involves supporting and coordinating activities for the Client Engagement Team. Your key responsibilities include: - Managing communications with internal and external stakeholders - Building positive relations within the team and external parties - Scheduling and organizing meetings/events while maintaining the agenda - Preparing Minutes of Meeting (MoM) and tracking open items until closure - Supporting growth and program development - Managing the ticketing tool and highlighting any breach of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with stakeholders - Facilitating the completion of regular reports - Documenting Change Requests from clients and understanding their requirements in relation to our product - Constantly seeking ways to improve monitoring, identify issues, and deliver better value to the customer - Analyzing statistics and compiling accurate reports Preferred Requirements: - Proven experience as a program coordinator or in a relevant position - Tech-savvy and proficient in MS Office - Quick learner with the ability to work with diversity and multi-disciplinary teams - Excellent time-management and organizational skills - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills - Detail-oriented and efficient - Flexible to work long hours and over weekends/holidays when required - Onsite travel for short or long durations may be necessary Qualifications and Education Requirements: - Post Graduate degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science or Engineering - Preferably 2-3 years of relevant experience Working conditions: - General shift with flexibility to extend working hours as needed and to coordinate with multi-location teams In the role of Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of system implementation projects. Your primary duties and responsibilities include: - Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution - Ensuring projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget - Developing project scopes and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders - Ensuring resource availability and allocation - Developing a detailed project plan to track progress - Managing project changes and risks effectively - Reporting project performance and escalating issues as needed - Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders - Providing post-implementation support and maintenance to clients - Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation Requirements: - Great educational background, preferably in computer science or engineering - Proven working experience as a project administrator in the IT sector - Solid technical background with software development and web technologies understanding - Excellent client-facing and verbal communication skills - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Exposure to Java/Oracle is a plus - PMP/PRINCE II certification is a plus - Flexible to work long hours and over weekends/holidays when required - Onsite travel for short or long durations may be required If you believe you have the skills and experience for these roles, we invite you to send your resume or portfolio to be part of our talent pool.,
