As a Customer Engagement Specialist at Chinmay Finlease Limited, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our digital presence, app reputation, and customer engagement. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Proactively calling customers to collect feedback, resolve app-related issues, and encourage positive app reviews. - Addressing user concerns, providing timely solutions, and escalating issues to relevant teams when necessary. - Engaging with customers fluently in Hindi and English; proficiency in Kannada, Marathi, or Telugu is an added advantage. - Monitoring, responding, and managing user reviews across various platforms to maintain a positive online reputation. - Handling negative reviews professionally to convert them into positive customer experiences. - Collecting and publishing high-quality video testimonials from satisfied users. - Supporting digital marketing efforts by providing actionable insights and collaborating with the creative team to develop engaging content. - Generating reports on customer feedback, app performance, and review trends to drive continuous improvement. To excel in this role, you should have: - Proven experience in customer engagement, call center, customer support, or digital reputation management. - Strong calling skills in Hindi and English, with additional proficiency in regional languages being a significant advantage. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Good understanding of App Store Optimization (ASO) and digital marketing basics. - Ability to handle negative feedback effectively and turn it into positive engagement. - Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset. - Comfort working collaboratively with multiple teams across different departments. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, prior experience in fintech or app-based services, and familiarity with analytics tools like Google Play Console, App Annie, or Sensor Tower.
