Position : Customer Engagement Specialist

Shift : Day

Work location : Noida -63

Working days : Monday to Saturday

Compensation : Upto 20,000

● Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers, adhering to pre-defined scripts and sales pitches.

● Clearly articulate product/service information, benefits, and features to potential clients.

● Identify customer needs and pain points, offering tailored solutions.

● Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system.

● Achieve assigned call targets and conversion metrics.

● Collaborate with team members to optimize calling strategies and share best practices.

Job Specification :

● Experience: Min 6 months into outbound calling process

● Good communication skills; both verbal and written.

● Ability to learn new tasks and concepts quickly.
