Customer Engagement Specialist

You will be responsible for handling customer queries via phone, email, chat, and social media regarding fintech products, transactions, and account management. Your main tasks will include ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer complaints, escalating complex issues to relevant teams when necessary, and providing information about company products, services, and policies to enhance the customer experience. It will be important for you to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for process improvements, as well as collaborate with internal teams (Product, Tech) to address customer concerns.
