Customer Engagement Specialist

As a Customer Engagement Specialist at our company, your role will involve being responsible and responsive in primary customer connect and individual engagement experience. Your key responsibilities will include: - Making customer follow-ups and campaigns with value-based interaction - Conducting demos/presentations and explaining solution offerings - Progressing in staging/developing customers from one stage/phase of interaction to the next stage consistently, focusing on helping them achieve successful outcomes - Successfully upholding, positioning, engaging, and interacting to the requirement of making customer engagement with planned pricing/fees models and revenue objectives of the company - Making proposals and independently communicating with customers for requisite documentation - Supporting customers through the entire journey of sales engagement in their plans/requirements - Regularly interacting/communicating and messaging to customers through calls, emails, messaging, meetings, and presentations - Providing valuable information to customer families for making homes/residences - Following through all outreach plans/campaigns - Coordinating with all teams across internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer success - Managing brand expectations and customer experience objectives - Ensuring appreciation/enhancement of customer investment Qualifications required for this role include: - Proficiency in MS-Office - Strong written and oral communication skills in English - Being computer usage savvy As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will be working full-time on a permanent basis with a day shift in Besant Nagar, Chennai.
