Customer Engagement Manager

Job Description

Manage incoming marketing leads through WhatsApp. Add and maintain lead information accurately in the designated software or CRM system. Regularly follow up with leads through WhatsApp messages, providing relevant information, addressing queries, and nurturing potential leads. Make timely follow-up calls to leads to ensure they are engaged, answer their queries, and encourage further interaction. Track and monitor the progress of each lead in the system. Provide periodic reports on the status and outcomes of leads to the management team. Offer excellent customer support through WhatsApp and phone calls, ensuring a positive experience for potential customers.
