Min 12- 15 years defence marketing (Fabrication & Machining Industry) We are looking for a strategic and experienced Chief Manager in our Marketing Department in the Defense & Aerospace sector. He will assist in all aspects of marketing strategy, planning, and execution to drive business growth and enhance market position. Key Responsibility: Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives and market dynamics. Conduct market research and analysis to identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitor activities. Business Planning and Contract Management. Develop Business Plans, Monitor the progress of the project and be a link between the Plant and the client for on schedule delivery. Brand Management: Manage and enhance the companys brand identity and positioning in the market. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications. Content Strategy: Develop and oversee the implementation of a content strategy, including creation of marketing collaterals such as brochures, presentations and articles. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and industry influencers. Develop and implement customer engagement programs to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
