Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing a database of potential customers within the assigned territory. Your role will involve vigorous cold calling, fixing client meetings, and providing product demos. You will source and secure new business to ensure optimal growth for the company's products. Additionally, you will be expected to develop new accounts through effective technical sales presentations and manage all sales activities for the products across India. Identifying, prospecting, signing, and building organizational relationships with key customers will also be a key part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop a database of potential customers within the given territory - Conduct vigorous cold calling, fix client meetings, and provide product demos - Source and secure new business to ensure optimal growth for the company's products - Develop new accounts to meet lead targets through effective technical sales presentations - Manage all sales activities for the products across India - Identify, prospect, sign, and build organizational relationships with key customers across assigned geographies - Remain informed and up to date with industry-related news, competitors" activity, and product knowledge - Monitor competitive activity and report significant developments to management - Contribute to annual sales/marketing plans and target customers targeting - Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction - Check and take action on the purchase orders of clients within the specified time period - Attend workshops, training programs, and all sales meetings - Identify sales revenue trends by client and new product and new client sales opportunities - Contribute to sales strategy thinking such as tactical campaigns, pricing, product, and service delivery based on analysis Qualification Required: - B. Tech/B.E. in Electronics (Preferred) or MBA in Marketing or any equivalent graduate - Excellent analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills - Meeting sales goals, negotiation, selling to customer needs, sales planning, building relationships, managing processes, market knowledge, developing budgets, multitasking, mapping clients (Note: No additional details of the company were provided in the job description),
