Customer Delight

As a Customer Service Associate at our company located in Vadakkencherry, Palakkad, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include: - Extending a friendly and welcoming greeting to customers and directing them to respective floors or sales persons. - Answering incoming telephone calls and messages, and replying to or redirecting them promptly. - Updating store documents on a regular basis to ensure accuracy and efficiency. - Handling customer grievances with effective communication skills and redirecting them towards the respective authorities for resolution. - Having basic product knowledge to assist customers with their queries and purchases. Qualifications Required: - Previous work experience of at least 1 year is preferred. - Ability to work in both day shift and rotational shifts. - Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach. Please note that the job location is in Vadakkencherry, Palakkad, and this is a full-time position.
