Achieve annual targets by developing new clients and key accounts: Map Potential Customers and Generate Leads through Cold Calling & Networking. · Meeting New Clients, PMC, Consultants, Architects. · Identify market segment and categorize to focus on Small & Medium Enterprises (SME) (IT Start-ups, IT, ITES, Hospitality, Hospital, Government and Educational institutions). · Prepare for meetings via structured research about target client · Have effective sales meetings in order to understand the Client requirement and coordinate with Presales team to design a solution as per Client requirement · Create a customized presentation based on the client requirements · Position Resurgent as the best choice for their requirement through regular follow-ups. · Maintain necessary reports, prospective client’s data and records of proposals sent, for future reference and follow up. · Maintain and Improve Relationships with the client Create awareness of new products which are in the market . Attending the OEM Product Training · Frequently Communicate with Existing Key Customers . Update about New Technology & Products to both client and internal stakeholders. Reporting and Sales meetings · Report day to day activities to reporting Manager and sales coordinator. · Attend Weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual sales reviews with sales head. · Email the minutes of the meeting held with client and partners to reporting manager. Measurement Metrics Product Trainings (min 2 per Month) · Accurate Weekly Report Generation & Submission by end of the working day of the Week.
