Customer Delight

We’re looking for friendly, helpful, and energetic to join our team as a Customer Delight . Your job will be to make sure every customer has a great experience with us from solving problems quickly to adding a personal touch that makes their day.

What You'll Do:

• Greet customers as they enter the showroom and offer assistance.
• Understand what the customer is looking for and guide them through products.
• Answer questions clearly and patiently.
• Ensure customers feel valued and well taken care of.
• Coordinate with other staff to provide fast and smooth service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom.

Desired Profile:

• Good communication and people skills.
• Friendly, polite, and presentable.
• Comfortable talking to customers and answering questions.
• Basic knowledge of products (training will be given).
• Previous showroom or customer service experience is a plus.
