Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Customer Communication & Coordination Executive to join our backend office team. The ideal candidate will manage customer queries, handle communications across Email, WhatsApp, and Calls, coordinate with internal team members and vendors, and ensure timely resolution of all client concerns. She will play a pivotal role in maintaining smooth communication, assigning tasks, and ensuring client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Manage and respond to customer queries received via Email, WhatsApp, and phone calls. Assign incoming queries and tasks to the relevant team members or departments. Maintain professional and timely communication with clients, internal staff, and vendors. Ensure every query is resolved within 24 hours or at the earliest possible time. Handle communication with vendors using the provided vendor list. Convert leads and inquiries into paid clients with a customer-focused and enthusiastic approach. Generate and prepare bills/invoices after payment is received and share them with clients. Maintain clear records of communications, tasks assigned, follow-ups, and closures. Learn internal systems and tools as trained on a step-by-step basis. Assist with documentation and backend support work as needed. Candidate Requirements: Fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati both written and spoken communication. Strong interpersonal skills with a pleasant and professional communication style. Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards resolving customer issues and achieving goals. Basic knowledge of billing and invoice creation (training will be provided). Willing to learn and adapt to internal systems and workflow. Preferred Qualifications: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, coordination, or communication roles. Prior experience with CRM tools, invoicing software, or vendor communication is a plus. Graduate degree in any discipline preferred. Salary & Incentives: Monthly Salary: 15,000 to 17,000 (Based on Experience and Skills) Incentives: Based on work performance and contract renewal Why Join Us?
