Customer Care Team Leader

As a Team Leader in the Client Activation Department at our company located in Vadodara, your role involves ensuring the smooth functioning of the department. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting team training on soft skills and products to enhance performance. - Allocating day-to-day work to the team and assigning tasks accordingly. - Resolving team queries and monitoring team calls to improve communication. - Identifying and addressing instances of non-commitment towards customers. - Following up with customers in a timely manner and coordinating with internal departments to resolve customer queries. - Forwarding leads generated by the team to the respective branches or associates and ensuring follow-up. - Handling customer queries if not resolved by team members and guiding customers on the company's products. - Motivating the team to achieve daily calling targets and deliver optimal results. - Contacting HNI and important customers as required. - Managing the daily customer query desk and providing effective reporting at the end of the day. - Required skills include interpersonal skills, sales acumen, public relations, leadership qualities, negotiation skills, marketing expertise, and business generation capabilities. - We are looking for a proactive self-starter who can work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. - Superior presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills are essential for this role.
