Job Description

Job Title: Team Leader/ ATL

We are seeking a Team Leader to manage a team of 20-25 associates, ensuring daily operational goals are met and providing excellent customer experience. The role involves handling escalations, motivating the team, evaluating performance, and addressing operational issues. Managing team of Operation executives and meeting Operations Targets and KRA, alongside assisting in meeting day to day Operational Requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a team to achieve operational targets
Handle customer escalations and provide timely resolutionsMonitor performance and conduct regular evaluationsIdentify and address process gapsEnsure adherence to company policies and proceduresPlan team schedules and resourcesManage customer complaints and escalation calls when needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
