Customer Care Executive Job DescriptionWe are seeking Customer Care Executives who can provide excellent customer service in multiple languages. We need two profiles with different language requirements.

Profile 1: Bengali, Hindi, and English
- Job Title: Customer Care Executive (Bengali, Hindi, and English)- Location: Shanti Nagar- Salary: Up to 3.50 lakhs per annum- Job Description: - Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, or chat. - Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. - Respond to customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. - Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.- Requirements: - Fluency in Bengali, Hindi, and English. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer interactions.

Profile 2: Assamese, English, and Hindi
- Job Title: Customer Care Executive (Assamese, English, and Hindi)- Location: Shanti Nagar- Salary: Up to 3.50 lakhs per annum- Job Description: - Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, or chat. - Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. - Respond to customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. - Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.- Requirements: - Fluency in Assamese, English, and Hindi. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer interactions.

Requirements for Both Profiles
- Male and Female Candidates: We are looking for one male and one female candidate for each profile.- Experience: Prior experience in customer care or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.- Education: Graduate degree in any discipline.
