Job Description

Greeting the patient as per time of the day Act as a One Point of Contact for patient during the treatment. Introducing NOVA, its USPs,presenceservices,inanorganized mannersuccessto ra the patients either with the help of a PPT or as per patients need and status of mind. Registering the patients and explaining the purpose. Keeping a complete follow-up and status of the treatment advised to the patients and persuade patients to undergo the same with logical reasoning. Building cordial relations with the patients to the extent of them being comfortable approaching her in case of any queries/concerns. Meet IVF advised patients Taking and explaining IVF consent to the patients And keeping a record of the same. Preparing donor affidavit and surrogacy agreement Drafting referral letters for the referring doctors Sending SMS to the referral doctors regarding the referred patient progress (at the time of registration, OPU, ET). Maintaining daily record of BHCG, Daily procedure list Reporting Sr IVF patient co-ordinator/center head, on daily basis as per prescribed format.
