Job Description

Role & responsibilities Operational Should have sound knowledge, understanding and experience in the following aspects of Human Resource Management which includes: a) Induction & on- boarding in collaboration with Corporate HR team b) Provide administrative support to Corp HR team c) Executing pre and post joining formalities at HO ensuring data management of new Joiner's documents like: Pre-Medical checkup Initiating for Email id, Employee code and assets requirement requests Timely Installation of Biometric and issue of ID cards d) Assisting in recruitment in first screening and lining up interviews for shared vacancies. e) Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties f) Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies) g) Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances or as required) h) Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, reports etc) and take minutes i) Attend employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations and escalating to GM HR j) Joining & exit formalities at HO k) Coordinating on the queries of employees in filling/applying of PF, ESI and other statutory documents for centers and HO. l) Keep a track on issued letters and due probation period on Center requests and for HO maintained files. m) Following up with Unit HRs for HR related processes and advisories as advised n) Preparing Offer/Appointment and confirmation letters for all centers and HO and acting on HR Requests within TAT o) Reporting to GM HR and assist in HR streamlining and ensuring timely execution of staff related transactions p) Coordinate with CO HR team and other departments as required.
