Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Care Manager located in Noida. The Customer Care Manager will oversee daily customer service operations, handle customer inquiries and feedback, resolve complaints efficiently, and foster relationships with patrons to enhance their shopping experience. This role will also be responsible for mentoring and managing a customer service team, ensuring that it adheres to the brand's customer care standards while consistently meeting performance benchmarks.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills to respond effectively to customers and foster positive interactions.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills with the ability to handle customer complaints professionally.
• Leadership and team management experience to guide and manage a customer support team effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, customer interaction tools, and basic office applications is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure while ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Background in retail or fashion industry is an added advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field is preferred.
