Key Responsibilities: - Manage customer escalations and effectively resolve service-related issues. - Proactively gather customer feedback and address any concerns that may arise. - Implement customer satisfaction initiatives and programs to enhance customer experience. - Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to ensure smooth service delivery. - Track and report on customer satisfaction metrics to identify areas for improvement. - Utilize CRM systems to accurately document customer interactions. - Manage all Customer Care Manager related tasks and ensure the department operates smoothly.
